Return Policy – Expor Fitness
At Expor Fitness, our return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important: Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items

Newspapers or magazines
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases

Downloadable software

Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, video games, cassettes, vinyl records, or software that have been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay.
Then contact your bank, as processing may take time.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Shipping
To return your product, you must contact us by email to inform us of the location to which the returned item should be sent:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
The time it takes to receive an exchange may vary depending on your location.
Recommendation: If you are returning an item valued over $75, we suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
